Barry Street Residence

A gut rehab + addition to a carriage house near Lake Michigan in Lincoln Park. The oddly shaped property inspired the angular form of the modern addition that is nested within and on top of the original masonry structure. The design of the new additions angular forms impact the plan of the traditional structure creating unique spaces both in plan and section.
